another in what is fast becoming my busy girl’s alabama collection
first-go the skirt ran too big… and it looked like I was wearing the rug. unstitched and cut it a size smaller. only four seams!
winter is drawing near and I will be ready

    I love, love, love this skirt Darl! Beautiful colour combo. Does the appliqué come as a separate fabric layer or did you appliqué this yourself? Looks super smart, super warm and super comfy!

      oh, Hi Nessy!, I can’t wait for it to get a bit cooler to wear this one out and about. The swirls come already applied to the jersey. Neat, huh? That’s why I call it a busy girl’s alabama… because it looks like more work than it is ;)

      Wow – that fabric is cool. I wish there was somewhere in Adelaide were I could get stuff like this – no tessuti for me I’m afraid. Spotlight it is! Sigh . .
