These vans are customized by myself – when I bought them, they were just brown with a checkered pattern. I applicated Swiss lace flowers in violett/brown colors. The filigree lace flowers let the shoe color shine through and the contrast of bright violett on dark brown is eye-catching. It was quite easy to cut the lace pieces and I could use every single piece for toe-cap and heel. I glued the flowers with Guetermann fabric glue and fixed them in addition with some needlestitches by hand.
