A simple girly dress made from old curtain fabric. I wanted to try my hand at a princess cut dress. Using two pre-owned princess cut dresses, I carefully traced the pattern onto paper and went from there. The dresses I used fit a bit tight on me and I was afraid this dress would come out the same but I must have had too much seam allowance that the dress is bigger than anticipated, thus it didn’t require any zippers and such. I just pull it over my head and belt.

vintage looking, how cool! I’ve been buying lots of curtain fabrics too, so I have to try using them sooner!
