This is a pair of shorts made out of old jeans following the instructions posted by Ariel Jordan in her own “Cuffed Shorts”. I did a couple of things differently, namely leaving the cuff as one long strip while sewing it to the leg of the cut-off short. I left a couple of inches from the side seams of the shorts, then closed the sides of the cuff before finishing sewing the cuff to the short. I also used the inside of the pant leg for the cuff to give some contrast between the lighter and darker sides of the denim. This was a great idea, thanks Ariel!
