Description

My children decided that they wanted to be Cruella DeVille and a Dalmation Puppy for Halloween. so, we made the puppy costume and the cape and dress for Cruella.

Material Notes

For the puppy we used a plush white and black spotted fabric, as well as pink satin for the underside of his ears. For Cruella's cape we used the same plush fabric and then lined it with red felt and for the dress we used some light weight crushed black velvet and some white polyester fabric for the top.
