Looks awesome! I recently made a shirtdress with about the same pattern (grey/black plaid) as you used and matching is up was horrendous! I really love your coat though!

I like it.. perhaps you could get a thick black wool belt to put around the middle section and no one would notice it was a little squew wiff.. either that or walk with a lean to one side.
