I had so much fun making this flower. First of all, I got to use some of my stash of fabrics that I refuse to throw away and now they have now found a home. I cut the fabric into thin strips. Wow, that was a job but It made me feel good that the scraps of fabric were being put to good use. I crocheted the strips into a flower. I have never done that before and I am not sure what made me do it but once I started It was like a lighting bolt hit me. I love it.

Yet, again, you are so innovative!!! Pretty, pretty, pretty. Ecological, too, as with using the tees for caps. What next? Can not wait-fhese will sell!

thanks seasidelaundry. I am trying this year to reduce the amount of fabrics in my stash. I am going to try my best to stay away from the fabric store and sew what I have with whatever materials I have. I dont know if I’ll make it. We are only half way in January and I am already missing the fabric store.
