I love this dress so much! After I sold my last sweet street frock I absolutely had to make one for myself. This is made from 100 percent cotton bodice, underskirt, and bias tape, that bitchin hood and skirt are both made from this mystery fabric I found on sale 2 years ago. It could be chiffon? I’m not sure but it is ridiculously soft and that print is so quirky!
I started this project about a month ago, and then classes picked up and I havent been in the mood for sewing at home after sewing all day at school, until today that is…
This frock will be making its debut in Nashville tomorrow night after I finish my hems, and hopefully look very nice at the wedding party. Would this make a good dancing dress? I think so.
As usual my fav Sadie, of course soon I will be breaking out of this obsession and trying on new patterns, such as harem pants, and a cape maybe? Anywho, this is the best pattern by far for basic dresses you can add your personality to, and a base for t-shirts.

Spunky, I like it!
As a side note, your clothes hanger tattoo is excellent.
