Description

Made with chiffon type fabric and then wet, twisted and set. The ruffles were added after.

Looks better on the model than on me ………………maybe I should stick to making my jewelry !!

    This is lovely! Did you make the necklace, too? Please wear it and be proud! We would all love to hear about the crinkle technique. How did you set the crinkle? or do you just resaet each time?

    wow- i love this fabric! How do take normal chiffon fabric and set it to give it a crinkle texture? It looks so pretty!
