Ha, ha, ha :) thanks so much. Umm… I took a felt hat body and trimmed it: I wrapped both types of ribbon around the crown then looped and secured the ends until I had a nice mass of loops to the one side. I had purchased some floral decor flowers (these are made differently than millinery flowers) and pulled them all apart and reconstructed them to create a few fuller/flatter roses, then I secured them into the center of the loops. The beads are adhered to the crown. And the silver buckle thing is a brooch.
