I very much like this cartoon character fabric although I am not quite sure what it is saying. I believe the words are in Finnish. I try translating it and the only word that was easy to translate was HULLU! which means crazy
I use the retro blouse pattern from June 2013 and modified it by shorten the length below the pleats and use a separating zipper instead of buttons. It has two tabs on the shoulders with two buttons.
The shorts is from Feb 2013 which has front pleats and hip pockets and modified it slightly by giving it a cuff look.
I love the look and it can be dressed for day or night.
