Simplicity 3849: Misses’ One-Piece Dress with Detachable Collar: A smart afternoon dress with kimono sleeves and a diagonal front closing from neckline to hem-line. A collar outlines the low pointed neckline. The flared skirt features a concealed pocket in the side front seam. View 1 has three quarter length sleeves and a contrasting detachable collar. View 2 has styled short kimono sleeves.
I love everything about this pattern. The diagonal opening , the cute collar, the sleeve length – it is just about perfect!
When I first saw this pattern, I pictured the perfect sundress. Now that I have a completed dress, I think it would make a lovely, and much more formal look as well.
If you can get your hands on it, I would highly recommend the pattern.

Plan a weekend getaway in these sweater dresses and furry accessories.
