I made this simple top in a “busy” coral viscose. I tried matching the pattern at side and back centre seams, so the fabric pattern flowed all the way round.
For the photos, I teamed it up with everything that I had which was coral, but I think I would tone it down a bit when I actually wear it out…
This was based on New Look 6483, with a few adjustments including shortening the bodice, lowering the neckline and using a single-fold bias binding as facing.
