This is a cozy I made today for Kitty. She is my white-faced cockatiel I got last Christmas. The panel I used was perfect to go around the cage. It serves several purposes, keeps drafts out, keeps seed hulls in and keeps her from being startled at night.
When I finished it and held it up it kinda looked like a poof skirt! Awfully big at the waist though!
So far Kitty seems to like it, she is quiet anyways!!
Material Notes
Garden District cotton panel, muslin for lining, elastic and thread. No pattern.

Oh Kitty is a lucky white-faced cockatiel – knowing me this would have ended up as a skirt – I love the print as I have a few circle skirts that have a very similar prints. This is very cute
