    hi I have a question… how much fabric and what kind of fabric did you use?

      I bought about 2 yrds in order to get the length that I wanted and had a lot of fabric left over for another fun project. It all depends on the amount of the ruffles you want.
      I used a light weight wool that i found in joann fabrics. If you don’t want to use wool I would suggest using a fabric that has a bit of stiffness to it in order to accomplish the exaggerated ruffles.
