Burda Style For people who sew
Description
This is my first of many Sorbetto Tank projects. The pattern is available for free from the wonderful Colette Patterns and is fabulous for customizing! For this top, I made my own bias tape from a sweet floral cotton calico and used the same fabric to make my own buttons, which are sewn to the pleat.
I can just see myself in this tank on a picnic in the countryside, sipping lemonade!
Material Notes
I used a nubby, unbleached cotton for the body of the tank and a printed cotton for the bias tape and buttons.
