I’ve been seeing the Mathilde Blouses on Burda Style and blogs and decided that I could easily adjust a pattern to make one for myself. I made some changes to a basic, loose shirt pattern that I made ages ago. I wanted the blouse to be so fitted that I wouldn’t be able to pull it over my head. Thinking that a zipper would be too heavy for the light weight fabric, I instead put press studs down the left side. This has worked really well and I love wearing it.
The lines of Greek architecture inspire this neutral and pastel collection.
