Altered my piano dress pattern and added collar and sleeves. I made a little covered buttons as well.

Yes, the pattern itself was not difficult in fact. Just need to know the tension of the fabric and adjust size.

I love it! I always vote on jersey for it being confortable and fitting. This dress shows it can be chic, stylish! (Something like tha PanAm ladies with Leo DiCaprio. Haha) Cute collar!
