I was commissioned to make a spacesuit for one of the characters in a new short film, The Outskirts. I designed and made this stylised version of a cosmonaut suit. It was fun going shopping at the local hardware for bits and bobs to add to the costume.
I made the pattern myself.
mainly cotton drill. chunky open end zips, a pressure guage, plastic tubing, gardening parts, bag strapping and buckle.
