Broadway, United...

Adapted from a pattern, I took away the back lacing and added front fastenings – covered buttons. I’ve never made a corset before so was really pleased with the results even if it is a bit messy =]

Material Notes

Polyester chantilly lace, silk dupion, silk habotai lining, covered buttons in outer bodice material sent away to be done, 10 strips of boning (ends of which are covered in cotton tape).

Thanks! The original pattern is the Butterick B4254, hope this helps =]

I made a few adjustments to it though lengthening, adding panels etc

Very clever. This looks like it would have been really hard to make. Good job!

Just working with boning alone is an amazing job. I think it came out great!
