This is actually a top and skirt, but when worn together it looks like one piece.
The top is a heart shaped corset. Long flowy skirt with detatchable train. Bottom of the skirt has lace flower detail. Top and bottom of corset top has lace/pearl type bead detail.
Top- White silk with little white embroidered flower print. Boning. Lace/beads along bottom and top. Lingerie hooks.
Skirt-White silk. lace flowers along bottom. zipper.
Train- Same fabric as the skirt. Fabric paint pen used to draw designs. attatched to skirt with metal snaps.
Veil-very soft taffeta. The only sewing on the veil was at the top. the crown piece was just little craft flowers (the kinds with the little wire stems) and fabric covered wires. I used a fabric paint pen to draw the designs. The drawing along the edges prevented the edges from fraying without having to hem it.
My big sis helped me learn how to work the machine, so I never would’ve been able to make this without her.
Take a trip down the aisle in these gorgeous gowns, or change the fabrics for a spring party dress.
