Maxi skirt/ Tube dress. This is going to be great for the beach this summer and scorching nyc days! I am thinking of adding a quick drawstring to the hem so i can pull it up around my waist or bust to shorten on the go…update I did add the elastic to the hem this summer and wore this as a cover up to the beach
I shirred the waist with red elastic thread and lined the sheer silk with a synthetic red chiffon. Better pics to come
