My friend is moving from sunny Israel to (less sunny) Vancouver.
I wanted to make something for her. It had to be small enough to take with her, and I also wanted it to be practical. I hope she likes it.
This is a double-sided tube, 60cm across the head and 45 cm tall.
There’s a drawstring positioned about 10cm from one opening, gathered with a spring cord lock (is that the right term?).
The grey side is warm and fuzzy, the green a silky smooth.
It can be worn as a hat (either side facing out), a cowl (of course), and even with the ponytail going through it.
60×45 cm grey Boucle knit
60×45 cm green shiny Lycra
70 cm long black drawstring
