I designed this jacket with inspiration from Audrey Hepburn’s riding dress in War and Peace (1956). It has a short fitted bodice, darted sleeves and a contrasting collar.

AAHHH! It’s beautiful (the cut, the contrasting collar, etc.)! I love the tailored jacket look… it’s what I want to make next! Where did you find the fabric for this one? And, what’s the lining like?

I got the fabric at a local shop and the lining is mint green polyester.

ah, it’s too bad the local shops here are mostly quilting focused… and the lining color sounds lovely!
