This is the second Aes Sedai shawl I’ve made, and I’m also very happy with it. The only drawbacks with this piece was the limited range of 30cm fringe I could find, and so we ended up going with black fringe – in spite of Wheel of Time lore about such things – because the only green available looked very cheap and nasty beside the olive greens used. Same white stretch luxe satin reinforced with light interfacing used on the flame, with black gimp-braid surrounding.
