this is a skirt made of ultra stretchy material which has ruffles above the bum combined with the shirt which is 4o`s inspired. i made the patterns myself.

cotton jersey for the shirt and some rubbery ultra stretchy material i thing it is commonly used in making figure shaping underwear ruffles are made of striped cotton
