Description
I made this dress from Burda 02 2012 dress 117 pattern. Once more I was challenged to turn a huge t-shirt into a dress because I like the motif and it only came in men sizes.

I had to shorten the dress because I’m short in the torso and in the thighs…so I shortened the upper part 3cm (It was kind of hard to find an area where you could shorten the pattern without losing important shape forming parts…) and I took away some centimetres at the hem.
The zipper gave me a moment of frustration…it looked like a roller coaster once sewn in…but some interfacing was the rescue…

They don’t have it here in english (yet) but maybe it was in the print issue there, too?
