Burda Style For people who sew
Description
I think it’s so important that kids are surrounded by warm beautiful colors and is what inspired me to make this colorful hoodie/jacket. I love kimono styled clothes so the design is a little ‘oriental stylised’. The hoodie is fully lined and can be used as a warm clothing on those cold winter days but also as a warm spring/or fall jacket when the temperature starts to lower :)
The hoodie is slightly fitted but was designed specially with wide armholes and arms so it will not inhibit motor development. It has 4 buttons (only 2 showing) so the hoodie can grow slightly with the child.

Material Notes
For shell (outer material) any slightly stretch sweatshirt material and for the lining can either be any light stretch cotton or flannel fabric.
