Description

I stole this idea from member Learoxursox, in Australia. I saw her shirt and loved it so much I had to try it myself!
The tank top is just a plain gray one from Target, and then I sewed a bunch of random scraps I had onto it, with a zigzag stitch. It went pretty fast, but it was a bit of a challenge sewing non-stretch fabric onto a stretchy shirt. I’m pretty happy with the end result, though.

Material Notes

Lots of different ones. I tried to play with some different textures, and I think it turned out really well.

Looks like an Anthropologie shirt I’ve seen- it was a t-shirt with petal like shapes around the collar- like yours better, though! Too cute! You’ve inspired me to make my own!

Do it! It’s so fun to make all the shapes and colors! :) And copying Anthropologie for cheap is always inspiring.
