I have recently discovered that the Undergraduate Library where I go to school has every single issue of Vogue dating back to the early 50s. Needless to say, I am in heaven. This is a jacket was the product one of my late night Vogue excursions where I saw a jacket similar to this in an issue and fell absolutely in love with it. The end product turned out really well. This was my first time using the bagging technique to line jackets instead of hand sewing it in. Let’s just say I will never ever hand-stitch lining in again!
