Description

I do love print fabric and this blouse is made of geogette which is a bit slippery so I had to hand-stitch the seams first, but I decided to use french seam in sides and the sleeves. The pleats in front was a little tricky. but I managed to do it with hand-stitches as well. I have used black small buttons in front, but it’s not so easy to see on the photos. The pattern was looser than I thought, but that is how it supposed to be :)

Material Notes

Geogette with print

This is good pattern & you pick great fabric to make it with. That’s such a comfortable outfit. You can take it everywhere. :-) I really like this.

Ellen that is gorgeous! Fair play to you, that statement print really rocks it. Goes to show how using vision can unleash potential in a project. I’ve looked at that pattern and didn’t have any burning desire to make it. After seeing what you’ve done, I HAVE to make this! It’s interesting how your perspective on a pattern can change when you’ve seen it in 3D :)
