Description

I recently acquired the Colette Sewing Handbook by Colette Patterns and I am so in love with this book. This blouse and skirt are two of the five patterns included in the book. I’m up to week fourish of sewing and I totally beasted the French seams on the blouse.

And if you can’t tell, I’m in love with bright colors and bold patterns. Also, I’m wearing a plain purple cami underneath the sheer top.

Your top is so pretty, love the contrast or deeper color trim, it really sets it off.

Thanks! I ADORE this top. The sleeves are like the sleeve equivalent of a really swishy shirt. This will not be the last shirt make like this, especially as the pattern indulges my love of bias tape for trimming things.
