A retro sundress designed to be worn on it’s own or layered with a shirt/blouse from Colette patterns. Featuring a gathered bust and curved midriff that hugs the curves. Six gored skirt with invisible zip. Made up in a blue linen.
Again a very easy to make pattern with fantasticly easy to follow instructions. I opted to go without the pockets on the dress, although I did cut them out and have them to hand if I do decide eventually to put them on! Didn’t make any major adjustments just shortened the hem a little. I find that these patterns are great if you are a curvy girl. I didn’t even have to do a full bust adjustment and it fits perfectly.
A vintage blue linen material bought off eBay earlier this year.
