I made this quick top from the brilliant Grosgrain Fabulous free pattern giveaway (Day 24). I love Colette Patterns anyway so jumped at the chance to make this. Its very easy and only took a few hours. I think its a bit short on me so I added some lace to the bottom but think this actually works quite well! Next time I will add a few more inches on to the bottom but otherwise its a great top and very versatile. I have a few other fabrics I would like to try it in. I also managed to learn a new skill as I have never made my own bias binding before. Always nice to learn something new on a project!
Cotton and cotton lace.
