This is my version of the Coffee Date Dress. I decided to make ruffles around the neckline. I really love the classic look. For the zipper, I used the “railroad method.”

I really like the way you used the skirt fabric as trim/contrast for the bodice! The dress is really quite classy. I might suggest that, for light colored fabrics such as the one used for your bodice you consider using an underlining so that the facings don’t show, or use a flesh-colored fabric for the facings, then……..they disappear!

Hello. Thank you so much for your feedback and suggestion. I thought about lining the bodice with the same beige fabric… I guess I was going for classy and sexy. Thanks again!
