My first uploaded project!
I made this using the Coffee Date dress pattern. As a beginner I was intimidated by having to the add the seam allowance to the pattern but in the end I thought it helped put the dress together. I was able to follow the steps given with the pattern and I also looked on Grosgrain’s website to see more pictures.
The fabric is printed cotton, medium weight. It holds some body. I haven’t tried to stream line patterns to truly fit my body so the dress is a little big in some areas and just right in others.
