I wanted a loooong winter dress, warm ; so i based on the drawing Burda dated Sept.2012 N°104, that i extented from the waist to the ankles.
A tissue mixed whool/elasthan/polyesther was waiting in my closet since a while……
Being mostly thick, i did not make the turtleneck, too stiff !
So i made a new draw of the round neckline highlighted with a black satin bias
I also put some black bias on each side of the dress, which makes the silhouette more beautiful!
I used the elastic overcast stitch and for the hems double needle
And of course, (i cannot make it without) my personal touch with bows : 3 in the neckline, 1 in the back, and 1 at each bottom of sleeves
