Hey Scheryka. I’m glad you like it. You will first make a bubble skirt. Make sure the lining is two thirds the size of the outer fabric. The pick ups are then placed at random. The more pick ups you put the more intricate the final result will look. Place and hold the pick ups in place with pins before you begin to sew them. This way you’ll be able to have an idea of how the end-result will look like.
