The Office, Main...
I needed a new coat. Last years attempt remains unfinished, never wanted to fit right and i’ll probably take it apart entirely. I decided to start from fresh and go back to the other one when I feel like it. The fabric I used here was left over from a few years ago, and to get the most length for a coat i found that it was best to use a kimono sleeve pattern. I used the top half of the pattern shown, the bottom is a rectangle with a pleat at the back. There wasn’t enough fabric for facings or a collar, so the inside is lined in blue right up to the edges.
Grey wool coating with white rhombs.
Blue (synthetic…) suiting.
