Burda Style For people who sew
Description
I made these a while ago, then forgot all about them! I was super happy to find them, I usually hate my older projects because my skills are just better now, but I still love these. I get the branches from a tree in my yard and let them dry out in the basement. I don’t put any kind of varnish or anything on them. I don’t worry about the bark peeling, I carried one for 4 months straight and never had any problems. Actually mine is in my closet and still looks great. I include an extra set of handles with every clutch……just in case a furry friend finds it. My favorite is the black and brown one because one of it’s handles has a little piece of grape vine wrapped abound the branch.
