Basic cape (or is it capelette, I’m not sure…), except I can wear it in winter without freezing too badly. The reasons for this is that it is made of a nice premiere felt (almost as good as wool but easier to purchase), is fully lined (with an amazing clock pattern fabric, I might add) and has an extra layer of fleece interfacing as well. It nice, heavy, and toasty.
Also allowed me to christen my BRAND NEW SEWING MACHINE!!!
Premiere Felt in Charcoal Grey
Quilter’s Cotton for lining in Antique Clock pattern
Iron fused fleece interfacing
lots of black thread…
