I found the pattern in an old issue of Burda, I have no idea what the name was or which season it represented. It was supposed to be made in 2 different kinds of fabric: wool for the skirt and a light weight fabric for the upper part. I picked this fabric ( taffeta?) because I love the coulour and the way it shines. It wasn’t easy, maybe because it’s the first dress I ever made, i had a lot of help with the lining.
Too bad this is all the information I can give you… I should keep track of where I get things…

I like the dress and colour! I have a long gala dress in that colour. (not made by myself)
