A Built by Wendy dress: Project 2 from the book, the Lumberjack dress except that I used brown/black tartan.
The only real issue I had with the pattern were the toggle closures: I could only find the wooden buttons and had no idea how to attach them to the dress in a neat manner. It worked out in the end, but it delayed the project considerably.
The checked-cloth pattern of the fabric was also a challenge and as you can see the back does not line up properly.
The dress has a zipper in the back and toggle closures in the front.
There are 2 darts in the front and cuffs on the 3/4 sleeves.
The skirt is cut diagonal and is just a gathered piece.
