I tested this pattern for Ichigogirl. It is a real quick project to make and an essential type of clothing for Northern Minnesota’s changeable weather.

I have that SAME fabric! Walmart, right? :P You just gave me a great idea!

I have had that fabric for a long time. I am pretty sure I got it at a fabric warehouse called S.R. Harris. Most of the fabric I have comes from there, Joann’s or thrift stores. I try not to commit Walmart if possible. I am glad it inspired you!

Thank you! I would say good luck on making one for your daughter but this pattern is so simple luck is not required…so instead I’ll say have fun!

Wow, you’re quick! Thanks for uploading! I’m still not done with my blogpost, new computer, no photoshop, I need to go with a second plan instead of first (and get moving and install photoshop, pronto). I love the look of your wide stripes! Just how I imagined it could be (not on my wonky back though, I got twisted stripes instead). Looks great.
