This top and skirt were made in 2011. The top is burda magazine 02-2008, blouson 123. The skirt is based on my measurments. I did the best that I could with placing and matching the large print. The result is not perfect, but I didn’t have enouph material and my efforts to match the prints at the side seams were limited by the pattern.
I didn’t wear it when I made it, because the skirt was a little loose. I put it aside with some other stuff to fix it in the future, but I mysteriously lost it. I had totally forgot about it, until I discovered it a few weeks ago. Now it’s much better! I gained some weight! The prints are still unmatched but now I have these grey pumps to match the outfit:)
Twists on feminine classics, like a bold patterned shift dress and pants with a racing stripe.
