jacket from november issue of burda
made using double faced wool fabric
i should have listen to burda
and use stretch fabric
or at least go for a bigger size of jacket..
but i never listen
so i ended up with a snug jacket
that can only be worn over really thin garments
but i’m totally find with that
it’s a really lovely pattern
fast sewing one too, as there is no lining involved
i love the fit
and i’m crazy about the collar, as it can be worn in many different ways
i skipped the leather, and made sleeves using same fabric as the bodice
and used black cotton bias tape instead of leather strips
