chudidar-kurta/tunic with indian slacks

Added Nov 6, 2010

Bangalore, India

The material is polyester. Only the top yoke is cut on bias and lined with the same fabric. Small sleeves, no opening, the neck is big enough for the head to go through. The slacks or chudidar as we call it- has gathers above the ankle, when finished, the full length of it was close to my height(phew! girls n fashion). It was done(as usual!) in a hurry(undone hems, not ironed, etc), but my 15 yr old cousin wanted it urgently. Its not perfect but just okay. Yeah, she already wore it!

Material Notes

Spring, Summer, Fall, Winter
