Burda Style For people who sew
Description
Pennkjol i krossad sammet.
Chruched velvet pencil skirt.
I needed a pencil skirt that I could bike in, so I made one in a stretchy velvet material.I added a lining in violet jersey. I also found a fantastic black rib with a frill that I used for the waistband.
The skirt i loosely based on a pattern from Burdastyle Magazine 08/2010 (Pencil Skirt). I wanted the lengths in the back piece, because it gives a good shape. Sadly my pictures fails to show them, but they are there – just hinting when you least expect it.
