Description
This is based on one of my new favorite patterns, (Very Easy) Vogue 8615. The pattern allowed me try to recreate two silhouette that I love: the first one is the white Giambattisa Valli dress Diane Kruger wore to the “Poure Elle” premier in Paris , and the second is the unforgettable open back dress Marilyn Monroe wore in the famous Last Sitting, by Bert Stern. I am aware that there is a long way to go towards perfection, but for a first try at a fully lined, wool, tailored garment (with sleeves!) I am pretty happy.

Thank you Kim:) I actually checked the flat measurements, and decided to go for an A cup version (although I am a B and sometimes even a C). Apparently some patterns have too much ease, and this style has to be close fitted.

Thank you Vanessa:) If I was right about the girl, she is the sweetest little bug. And I have a relative with your family name, from Cuba originally. How about that? :)
