I made this dress to wear to Christmas dinner at my mom’s boyfriend’s house. It’s a sheer shift dress with a ruffled neckline, and bias tape around the armholes and back. It can be tied with a belt or ribbon, or worn plain for a looser shape.
Sheer fabric, black bias tape
